We are your local volunteer grassroots Republican organization working on many different levels to ensure Constitutional, Conservative, and Republican values are instituted in all levels of our government. We are everyday folks just like you - moms, dads, grandparents, business owners, and citizens. All working to better our county, state, and nation!

Whether it is a candidate debate, a rally, a speaking engagement at the community college, our annual dinner, or our monthly meetings... This is the place to ensure you stay up to date on what is happening in and around our beautiful Alpena County.

We welcome all support in order to help our community stay red! Our volunteers are the life-blood of our party. Every day folks serve as party members, precinct delegates, and on our executive team. You comprise the heart of our party! We would love your help and "boots on the ground" support. Donations are great too! As they fuel our ability to assist local candidates.

LOCAL FIRST
While we do our best to provide awareness on all relevant candidates, our primary function is a local first approach to ensure that good conservative Republicans are elected at local levels. Local government is the foundation of our Constitutional Republic and we work very hard to ensure that your local government represents you.
LOCAL ISSUES
In the last election cycle, for example, we covered Alpena County with signs in support of our Republican candidates and causes. This is one of the many critical functions of our party in that we need to ensure that your voice is heard and that the values you believe in are represented in our local government.
PRECINCT DELEGATES
Ask us how to become a Precinct Delegate! This is the foundational party representative at the local level, and our delegates exist to ensure that Republican leadership is a reflection of the values you hold most dear. PD's participate in local and state level conventions where local and state leadership is decided. Be a local voice!
CITIZEN VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers are the life-blood of everything we do and accomplish. Every single volunteer we work with has a critical role in ensuring that local representation remains Republican through and through - just like our voter base. Reach out and get involved today! The Flag Day Peace Rally
While this event is not "officially" sanctioned by the Alpena County Republican Party, we feel it would be a great way to celebrate both Flag Day and President Trump's birthday!

You journey into local politics can begin here. Our membership is comprised of all kinds of different people who are all involved for their own good reasons. Many of us never had interest in becoming politically involved, perhaps just like you. But, it takes all types of different folks to ensure that our system of government remains a representation of the people. We need you and your talents, whatever they may be. After all, it takes all sorts of folks to be involved to ensure that our Constitutional values remain in place.

We Support...
7 of our 8 county commissioners are Republicans. This is a strong reflection of the strong conservative majority here in Alpena County. We endeavor to ensure that our majority voice is always represented here in Alpena!
We seek to support & recruit local township candidates who will represent their constituents with Republican, conservative values & principles. A person can make the biggest difference right at home!
It is critical to ensure that the final constitutional authority in our county represents the values of our majority. We back the blue, and our sheriff is one of the most integral parts of citizen governance.
